From November 15th through November 30, UPEX Plus offers free pickup service of prepackaged parcels in the Los Alamos downtown business area.  We will gladly pick up and ship based on the customer's request at below UPS customer counter or UPS Store rates.  Customers can email the shipping information to us using our electronic shipping form. We will take a credit card number for processing, or you can charge it to your UPEX PLus account (this is a great time to open your new account if you don't already have one).

Customers outside of downtown Los Alamos will pay a small service charge to cover gas and employee expense.  This service is offered to early bird shippers who want to avoid the holiday crowds.  Pickups will be serviced between 4:00 and 6:00 pm.

This offer does not apply to customers shipping under their own UPS, DHL, or FedEx account number.
